My name is Tania, and my journey into energy healing began through my own personal experience. A few years ago, I was navigating deep anxiety and searching for something that could truly support my mental and emotional well-being. That’s when I discovered Reiki and Sound Healing, and the impact was profound. They brought peace where there had been chaos, and a sense of inner stillness I had long been missing. That transformation inspired me to train in these healing arts and create a space where others could experience the same sense of support, release, and renewal.

At Vida Nova Healing, I offer Reiki and sound healing sessions that are intuitively guided and tailored to your unique energy. Reiki helps to clear energetic blockages and restore balance, while sound healing works at a vibrational level to calm the nervous system, soothe the mind, and nurture deep inner peace.
