Join us for the third gathering in the Echoes of Her series, a women’s circle where psychology meets spirituality, and where you are heard and held.

At some point, we all start to ask ourselves "what shapes the way I see my own worth?"  For most of us, it’s shaped by early experiences, family dynamics, and the cultural messages that quietly told us who we needed to be to feel enough. Over time, these experiences form the lens through which we measure our own value.

In this session, we’ll explore those beliefs not to judge them, but to understand them, and to gently reframe the ones that no longer serve us. Through reflection, partner discussion, creative exploration, and a guided visualization, you’ll be supported to challenge outdated self-perceptions and reconnect with the innate worth that has always been yours.
