Echoes of Her: The way I speak to myself

There are conversations we have every day that no one else hears.

The way we speak to ourselves can shape our confidence, influence our decisions and affect how we move through the world. Sometimes our inner voice is kind and encouraging. Other times it's critical, full of doubt or asks more of us than we would ever expect from anyone else.

This month's Echoes of Her is an opportunity to pause and explore the relationship you have with yourself.

Through guided reflection, meaningful conversation and gentle reflective practices, we'll explore where that inner voice comes from, how it influences the way we see ourselves and how we can begin to respond with greater compassion and understanding.

Perhaps the most important conversation you'll have is the one you have with yourself. This evening is an opportunity to slow down and really listen.
