At Vida Nova Healing, Tibetan and Crystal bowls are used together or individually. When played, Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls produce pure, resonant tones that help realign the body's energy, encouraging deep relaxation and healing. Sound healing uses vibrations and frequencies to promote relaxation and well-being. Clients should be aware of the following contraindications: - Clients with sound sensitivities, tinnitus, or hyperacusis may need a modified session or should consult their healthcare provider beforehand. - Pregnant clients, especially in the first trimester, should inform the practitioner as certain sound frequencies may not be suitable. - Those with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers or cochlear implants should inform the practitioner, as vibrations may interfere with the device. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or sensitivities prior to their session.
